Buying a new car

I can't decide between a brand new Toyota Camry or a 2005 PT Cruiser.  Both are equally awesome and I test drove both.  Same monthly payments.  Arrrrrggggghhhh I need to be more decisive!

Does anyone know the best way to learn HTML and PHP?

So I really wanna learn more about how to create my own websites, but I have no idea how to do it.  I don't wanna cop out and just create one through Dreamweaver, I want to actually learn to do it with HTML, XHTML, Java, etc.  Could someone point me in the right direction or just give me some helpful advice?  Thanks a million!
